The Coalition to Unchain Dogs is a non-profit, volunteer effort committed to improving the welfare of chained dogs in the Triangle area by building fences and promoting community awareness of animal welfare. With our help, formerly chained dogs are given a chance to run free in their own safe spaces for the first time. All proceeds from the concert will go to building fences for chained dogs. Tickets are $8 in advance and $10 at the door.

Music For Fences will be held at Durham Central Park in Downtown Durham, one block from the Carolina Theater and the YMCA. In addition to the concert there will be booths, children’s activities, and activities for your dog.

Introducting our first children’s coloring contest! Children 12 and under are welcome to participate. Entries will be collected on the day of the event until 5:30pm and prizes will be awarded for the best pictures. Click here to download the coloring sheet.
